Christian was courteous, patient, thoughtful in his communication, and was responsive to our asks. He knew the product very well and had a lot of good insights to offer. His knowledge, helped us build trust in the process and we wanted to make a deal. Having said that, the dealership could be a bit more thorough in their prep of the vehicle. Nothing major, but there were some minor touches that could have been better. But this is not a reflection of Christian, he was wonderful and is highly recommended. More
