When I first got to the dealership, I had taken my son out of the car and walked to the front looking at the models available. Multiple gentlemen outside looked at me but no one greeted me, until Allison out of the car and walked to the front looking at the models available. Multiple gentlemen outside looked at me but no one greeted me, until Allison came outside and looked over and immediately asked me if I needed help. After telling her I was looking for a 3rd tow vehicle she showed me the two models available and I knew I wanted the palisade. She then sat down and asked me what features I would like on the car and went to the yard to get the car with all of the features I was looking for and more. She did a great job at relating her personal experience with the car with what my needs were, as we both have 3 year olds. Allison was not pushy in any sense, which I appreciate so much. I have been in sales for 10 years and you would not have known that Allison has only been doing this for a year. As I was leaving (my baby was screaming) she noticed that the detail of the car was not quite up to her standards and told me to just text/call her when I am home and the baby is settled to set up a date for me to come back and have the car re-detailed. I appreciate the fact that she took the time to come over and speak to me when no one else did. I will have this car for many years, but if I am ever in the market for a new car again I hope to find that Allison will still be working there, as she did a great job and is a great asset to your team.
