Anthony had excellent customer service skills. Enjoyed working with him. I feel that I was charged for unnecessary items because the part that broke down (and that I took the car in for) was under Enjoyed working with him. I purchased a car on 3/2/24 after having test drove on in the 1st. That night it drove perfectly fine and had issues, Saturday we returned to purchase it and finalized everything and upon leaving the lot the the 1st. That night it drove perfectly fine and had issues, Saturday we returned to purchase it and finalized everything and upon leaving the lot the car stalled, the car then stalled twice more the next morning and was returned to the lot within about 12 hours of purchase that Sunday. It is now Wednesday 3/6/24 and it sounds as if they have no idea of the whereabouts of my car that still has my plate on it. Needless to say I'm not very pleased with the experience and am overall rather upset. More
