Classic bait and switch, I was promised to have a recall repair for my ABS while on the phone and when I get to the dealership my car is not able to be serviced for the recall that was discussed on the phon repair for my ABS while on the phone and when I get to the dealership my car is not able to be serviced for the recall that was discussed on the phone after asking multiple times that they could do this repair. Only for me to come to the dealership and be told my car is not eligible for the recall. I was also told I would get an appraisal on my car and didn’t receive any appraisal at as I was willing to sell the car and buy a car off the lot. Your loss of sale and I will not be back. More

While the dealership provided excellent service, I am fairly disappointed in the pricing for other repairs and Hyundai's lack of initiative in covering recall issues. While the door handle actuator is un fairly disappointed in the pricing for other repairs and Hyundai's lack of initiative in covering recall issues. While the door handle actuator is under recall for my vehicle, I was quoted an $175 "inspection fee" before it would be fixed, while a replacement part is $35. Similarly, an OEM replacement door handle matching the car's color can be found online for $30, while I was quoted over $400 to replace it. Hyundai would not cover paint replacement for the previous owner despite knowing it is an issue for that model of car. More
