I was a walk in. They informed me they may need to keep the car a day or so. So I asked about a rental. They said they were not sure if they had any. I understand if They informed me they may need to keep the car a day or so. So I asked about a rental. They said they were not sure if they had any. I understand if they are busy. So I offered to come back on Friday. They said the person handling the rentals was gonna check to see if they had any and let me know. I patiently sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. When the service person approached me. Asked if the rental person spoke with me. I said no. (I had watched him gather his belongings and talk about how he was leaving early though) I was then told it would be best to bring the vehicle back on Friday. And that hopefully they’d have a rental car by then. So I asked if my car had been inspected in any way. And was told NOTHING was done to my vehicle. So I sat there from 3:37 PM until 5:34 PM for NO REASON. Not upset about coming back Friday, as I had presented it as an option when I first arrived. Upset about the poor communication and terrible service. The service tech was apologetic and did say he would try to reserve a vehicle for me for Friday. Not sure I am going to use this location for future service though. More

They took me in as promised at 3:30. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They also completed two recalls all in less than an hour. Great experience. Car wasn't cleaned after work. I'm a disabled Veteran everytime I go Into this place now thinking you hate military and or my tags I wear.
