If you need to cancel your warrenty because you want to sell your vehicle GOOD LUCK getting ahold of anyone over the phone. I kept calling the finance department, left messages, no one returned my phone ca sell your vehicle GOOD LUCK getting ahold of anyone over the phone. I kept calling the finance department, left messages, no one returned my phone call. I was told from a salesperson I would need to come in to have the finance department check my mileage in person. That's not true because I have canceled another warranty on my last vehicle I sold via email with the finance manager at another dealership. I understand the dealership doesn't want to refund my warranty, bad for business but I'm selling my vehicle so why would I want to pay for something that I'm selling/no longer have. It is absolutely insane to me that dealerships act like this. I will make sure to be in contact 6-8 weeks. I am entitled to my refund. I will be persistent. =) More
