I live in Canada and worked with Kelly to purchase a 2011 Toyota Sienna. The import/export process involved a lot of paperwork and details to ensure the vehicle would be admissible into Canada. I was extrememly impressed by the service Kelly provided throughout the entire process. I talked to Kelly almost daily for 2 weeks in order to get all of the documents organized and details in order. Kelly went out of his way to ensure all of the details were taken care of including personally driving several hours to process the title document and picking me up at the airport at 7am (Now that is excellent customer service). Kelly was extrememly friendly and helpful every step of the way. I really cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Kelly and the I-5 dealership. I'm writing to commend Service Advisor Mike White and the dealership team for helping my wife and I when our Mazda van broke down on a vacation trip to Ashland, Ore. We limped into your dealership late i dealership team for helping my wife and I when our Mazda van broke down on a vacation trip to Ashland, Ore. We limped into your dealership late in the afternoon on Thursday, June 23 — this after having been towed from a nearby rest stop to a service station when our car wouldn't start. The service department was busy, but Mike could see the mess we were in, had an immediate idea what the problem was and quickly got the car in for a diagnosis. We waited in a comfortable customer area and soon learned we had a sensor problem that couldn't be fixed until the next day as the part wasn't immediately available. Mike helped us arrange for a rental car from Enterprise — at a special rate — and had a driver take us there. We were able to continue on our way that evening and keep our trip on schedule. When we returned to Chehalis on Monday, our van was ready and the repair bill was right in line with Mike's early estimate. More
