I never felt any pressure throughout the entire transaction. The staff interacts with each other like family, and while there for my first buying experience with them, I was treated like a highly-valued repeat customer. So a few weeks later I asked Chris for a deal on a 2011 Camry LE and he worked out a great deal for me and I am very happy with the car I received and the whole experience. Casey in finance was also great & saved me an additional .5% on my interest rate on top of what I agreed to purchase, which was better than my pre-approval rate from my credit union. I am confident in the quality of work & friendly service they provide. I purchased the service plan and look forward to working with them in the future. I like that they loan you a car if your vehicle is serviced. I have high expectations as a consumer and am very satisfied. I will be back and Craig has gained a loyal customer.
