So when I went down to test drive I was confindent this was the car I wanted and I bought it that day! I put money down signed the papers and when my funds became available the following friday my new car was ready to go wih all the options I added. When I need a new car again I will gladly take the drive to them again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More

I went in looking for a Toyota Camry LE I was able to find one with the help of Mike Nokes. I also wanted to use a trade in as part of my down payment. First, Craig Anderson was happy to have me contact him by any means if I had questions before I drove down. In fact, he was so responsive and willing to help, we had all the details, trim, color, and much of the finance work finished before I even set foot on the lot. I was impressed that if Craig didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, he made calls to get the info for me on things like insurance requirements and taxes. He was even willing to get to the dealership first thing in the morning to make sure I got back to Seattle when I needed to. Mike in finance also came in to accommodate my early arrival. It was a pleasurable experience meeting everyone at I-5 Toyota/Scion and getting the grand tour of my XB. My only complaint is Mike’s printer, I think it’s an 80’s vintage and he deserves an upgrade. Everyone (and I mean everyone on-site) was friendly, accommodating, and willing to do all they could to make the experience positive for me. I know Craig will continue to make sure I am satisfied with my Scion for the duration of my lease, and I am confident he’ll be right there to help out me when the lease is up.
