Everyone was very friendly and police. My salesperson, Rodney, was very kind and helpful. He did miss that it was not a 6 CD player, and only a single. Incredible service from the first phone call to Heidi to pick up on Christmas Eve! And they even had the red bow on the Highlander when we picked it up.
