Salesman, Charlie Zhang, lied to my face about charging me for item that was to be “included”. Lied about “receipt” I had to sign. I purchased a used Toyota 4Runner last year and Rodney Sekerak was my sales person. He showed me several other vehicles and we test drove a few as well. If I could give Zero stars I would....BEWARE!!! I wish I would have read Google reviews before we called this place, it appears they have done this exact thing 3 months earlier. We test drove a Used car, but wanted to make sure they replaced safety items on the car (BRAKES...). We left with a tentative deal, but before we returned to the dealer, we wanted to confirm that all repair items were fixed. The Salesman texted me the to see if we wanted the car, we said YES! He informed us that the price he gave us was the "best deal" they could offer. I said YES to the price, as long as the brakes and any other safety issue they find be fixed. Salesman gives me a run around, "not sure if they made the repairs" and that the Service Manager was not going to be in until the following day. If we wanted to make another trip up there to "test drive" the car again to see if the repairs were done we could or we could wait until he verifies the repair work. Salesman was nice enough to say "IF IT HAPPENS TO SELL TODAY, I WILL LET YOU KNOW". Excuse me...but I thought we had a deal and the only thing that was holding us up was verification of the repairs (safety repairs...I think brakes fall within that category). The Salesman was nice enough to text me at 6:19 (after they closed at 6:00 pm) to let me know that the car did not sell and that we were all set for our appointment the following day. Following day, I messaged Salesman to see if we could have the paperwork ready to sign (you know...with the COVID-19). Now a new "Sales Manager" says "he spoke with our detail department and the Mustang is scheduled to be done today and ready for our appointment". After sending him ALL of my personal information again to complete the paperwork, I get a message at 1:58 PM (our appt. is at 5:00), that the car was SOLD last night....WAIT A MINUTE...you already told me that the car did not sell. LIES...LIES...LIES - if you want to be told a bunch of lies, go here, otherwise RUN...RUN as fast as you can. Looks like (from other reviews on Google) they like to Low ball your trade-in value, especially if you are going to pay with Cash. I guess this is just another way to rip you off. More

Made offer for 30,000 with 3000 down and they cover tax and licensing which would make price 27,000. They agreed to deal and then made us wait 1 hour. I was asking about warranty so I bought warranty for 2500 and GAP insurance for 900. They handed us off to another salesman and slid in the tax of vehicle. By this time we had been there after a long day of work and a couple hours dealing with salesman. I trusted the sales man was going to give me the deal that I worked out with first salesaman and did not think the were going to screw me over and include vehicle tax. We signed because it was getting late. I reviewed papers next day before we decided to go in and pick up truck and found out they charged me sales tax that they were supposed to cover in the original deal. Went in to talk to salesman and my original deal was not explained to second salesman who I feel ripped me off do almost an extra 3000. They did not fix the issue and I should have walked. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I should have walked out on my original deal 30,000 for truck - 3000 down payment=27,000+warranty 3500=30,500, but they actual added the vehicle tax which we agreed they would pay. What bothered me most was when we came back in to try to resolve the issue the sales person dodged us & went and got someone else in finance... he came out, brought our signed contract in the LOBBY and proceeded to argue with us about about how we were wrong with staff and customers right there! Finally the GM came out & brought us into his office and tried negotiating more numbers. End result was we did not get the deal we were initially promised and still had to pay more than we had negotiated, and they apologized on the account the sales person handling our account is new. I do not going to the Chehalis location. More
It was okay. I made my first car purchase through I-5 Toyota. My only problem is they let me leave with the car before I had all my proper paperwork in. They then call me a week later telling me that they need paperwork ASAP. I was more then happy to wait till all the proper paperwork was in. They just wanted their commission and get me out the door. Seemed rush and a lil taken advantage of since it was my first car purchase. No haggle or anything. More
