Well, I used to be a 100% fan of this place, but since I told them I couldn't buy another car (too expensive now), after more than 20 years of my loyalty they are turning into xxxxxxxx. I am not speaking about the service, or internet sales department as they have been excellent the whole time, but one or two people I've spoken to in finance since I asked to terminate my lease have been less than polite..I'm in sales and you would think that people who have given you that many years of business would be thankful. But I guess since I am not a millionaire, I don't count anymore. Alba, Patty, and Dennis this is not related to you at all..you have all been wonderful for the last 20+ years. More
