Laura is the main reason I'll continue doing business with Infiniti when my warranty expires next year. In my opinion, there's NO better "Lasting Impression" of an organization/company than the person who represents them in ANY customer service capacity. Laura ALWAYS goes "above & beyond" and has proven TIME & AGAIN to be without peer when it comes to providing OUTSTANDING customer service. She ALWAYS does her BEST to make sure customers are happy from inception to completion on ANY/ALL service related issues. As we're ALL aware, this is NO easy task in this day & age. If there's ever a service connected issue that needs to be explained in further detail, Laura speaks the TRUTH and NEVER shoots "from the hip" like so many OTHER car dealership service reps do. Laura is the BEST & is a definite asset to Infiniti of Melbourne.
