Tommy the driver was excellent. He was courteous and professional and returned my car faster than was expected. I had a concern with writing on the wheels (it came from the original He was courteous and professional and returned my car faster than was expected. I had a concern with writing on the wheels (it came from the original wrapping from when i purchased the car) and wanted to make sure that it got removed when the car was detailed prior to returning the car to me. I left that concern with the young lady the day prior to my appointment as well as sent an email to Drew. He did not respond and the car was returned to me with the writing still on the wheels. I understood that I was requesting that I get my car back the same day but there was no response from Drew at any point regarding the cleaning of my wheels. More
