I took my vehicle in which I purchased in April of this yr for a oil change and tire rotation. They were unable to perform the tire rotation due to there wasn't a key in the vehicle to unlock the anti-thef yr for a oil change and tire rotation. They were unable to perform the tire rotation due to there wasn't a key in the vehicle to unlock the anti-theft lug nut to get the tire off. No one has done anything to.my car since I purchased it. I've been trying to get this issue resolved with the service department for a month. They were supposedly going to order a key from the Mazda dealer. No one is calling me back. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased and serviced through the Infiniti dealership. I never had a problem with anything when it was owned by Baxter. I find this whole situation very frustrating & a poor way to do business! I was even told by someone in sales that since my salesman was no.longer there Woodhouse wasn't responsible for anything. Shame on you! I would really like to get this resolved ASAP! More

Everything went well when I came in for an oil change and inspection. They changed my cabin filter and brake fluid at the same time and I was still there less than an hour.
