Do NOT do business with this dealership! Twice in three weeks they have led me on only to at the 23rd hour either make up anonymous interested parties and not sell to me OR this time they had an equal offe weeks they have led me on only to at the 23rd hour either make up anonymous interested parties and not sell to me OR this time they had an equal offer and then at the last minute (AFTER STATING THEY WERE WRITING UP MY SALE) to whomesale the car out from under me! PO is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Again NEVER trust these guys on the sales side of ANY DEAL! What a bunch if dishonest customer service. More

A pleasant experience. Jill found that there were some issues with the my vehicle that needed to be addressed and then worked hard to get them covered under warranty. I was provided with a loaner car and given updates along the way...overall a very good experience! I very much appreciate the extra work and effect on Jill's part.
