Most unreliable service of any Infiniti dealer I have ever been to both on the East Coast and out West. In the past year I have brought my 2015 Q50 in to get a simple service preformed. Yet ever time I pick up my car something as minimal as a forgotten car wash, poor car wash, or unrelated new issue that was non existing beforehand is there to surprise me. Management has a very hands off approach and only when I matter is escalated do they step in. In the past year there have been two GM’s that I am aware of neither one better than the other. Mark is a basket of excuses and Jermey was no better. Their action is sub par at best.
In the past year alone, not including your basic missed or poor car wash, I have returned to pick up my car as well as my wife’s 2017 QX60 only to experience battery terminals not securely fastened, onboard computer issues, hood hook/ release issues, forgotten maintenance reminder resets, and power window track issues. The service coordinator/manager, Jill is the only welcoming helpful employee at this dealership.
