I knew I This is my second purchase from Infiniti Rosesville. 12 years ago I bought a new 2006 M45 there... It has run for 235K miles flawlessly. I knew I was ready to make another Infiniti purchase. I was very specific in what I wanted: Q70 with a V8. I made a blind call to the Infiniti Roseville sales office on a SAT. Thomas King answered and was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the info I gave him and told me about a 2017 Q70L they had in stock. Because I live 90 minutes away, it was not convenient for me to drive over and see it. Thomas sent me the link to the car on their website. He racked it and texted me pictures. Amazingly, he also sent me a price quote so that the deal could be almost completed before I drove up. Thomas is an easy guy to trust and made the purchase simple. We test drove it, negotiated a little, and then shook hands on a deal four days after the original call. Thomas' straight forward personality made this deal run absolutely smooth. I am lucky that he was the one to pick up the phone. More

My husband loved that care and wasn't about to let go., The only way to get him to give up that car was to replace it with another Infiniti, this time it is the Q50 Sedan. We purchased the first one as a certified pre-owned. Here we are 14 years ago and again we have a pre-owned 2014 Q50 with 6000 miles again from Infiniti Roseville and we couldn't of had a better experience with Todd in Roseville. I guess we are Infiniti for life. More

My new QX60 Blake knows what it means to close a deal. I had my first dealings with him in Elk Grove. My husband and I were trying to trade my BMW to go back t Blake knows what it means to close a deal. I had my first dealings with him in Elk Grove. My husband and I were trying to trade my BMW to go back to the Nissan/Infiniti family. I have owned 2 Altimas and a G35 prior to the Bimmer. I love the quality of the cars leaving was a mistake. We were trying to close a deal on the G37 and couldn't so we were leaving because the negotiations broke down. As we were leaving Blake spoke, introduced himself and asked us a few questions. All he said was "let me see what U can do" and based on his ability to "please" the customer he was able to get the deal for us when the original sales person was ready to let us walk. On that trip and because of him I traded my BMW and drove off in my G37. Fast forward to 9/18/17. I was surfing the web since my lease was coming to a close. Once again I tried to deal with Elk Grove and once again I felt they were not wanting to work with me. I didn't feel like They really wanted my business. Everything was "I don't think we can do that". I was st tbe piint of giving up and just waiting until January my lease end date. Then I was contacted via e-mail someone from Roseville. I was calling back to say that I was just going to wait since I was led to believe that's what I needed to do. Low and behold the person on the other end was Blake. Not knowing it was one in the same from Elk Grove, i explained what I was wanting to do and he said let me check into it for. He did advise me that i may have to wait since I had 5 months left on my lease. He asked what kind if car I wanted and the work began. He was diligent but not pushy. He worked to earn our business and I appreciated that. Blake is a phenomenal sales person. He made me feel that he truly cared about our needs and wants. The Roseville Team has earned me as a customer. They need to bring this kind of service to Elk Grove. If I weren't for Blake and the rest of the team; Peter, Rebecca and Anthony I would still be waiting. They made sure I left with my new car. I love my QX60. Thank You Roseville Infiniti. This is now my 5th Nissan/Infinti product!!!! I am a satisfied customer. More
