He even had the great idea to check the car out to me for a long test drive so that I could see the difference between my 2013 JX35 and the 2017 version, huge difference which made me very happy. Thomas followed up with me just the right amount of times, and again, very respectful. I have already recommended him to one of my friends and I will continue to recommend him. I would also like to mention that Charlie in the service department was excellent as well. I didn’t end up purchasing because I got such a great deal from a private party. I really miss my infinity (it’s been one whole day) so I am sure I’ll be back within a couple of years. Thank you so much, great experience! Great cars! I was very specific in what I wanted: Q70 with a V8. I made a blind call to the Infiniti Roseville sales office on a SAT. Thomas King answered and was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the info I gave him and told me about a 2017 Q70L they had in stock. Because I live 90 minutes away, it was not convenient for me to drive over and see it. Thomas sent me the link to the car on their website. He racked it and texted me pictures. Amazingly, he also sent me a price quote so that the deal could be almost completed before I drove up. Thomas is an easy guy to trust and made the purchase simple. We test drove it, negotiated a little, and then shook hands on a deal four days after the original call. Thomas' straight forward personality made this deal run absolutely smooth.
