No response. Problem still unresolved. I have had multiple malfunctions with the display monitor in my car. It had to be updated and when that did not solve the problem, they replaced it u I have had multiple malfunctions with the display monitor in my car. It had to be updated and when that did not solve the problem, they replaced it under warranty. Then I realized there was no navigation. I took it back again and they found out they had to click a setting to make the navigation appear. Now the navigation is working but there is no Sirius XM function. Despite several emails and phone calls and an in-person visit, including to the Service Manager, the problem remains. The Service Mgr. did call me back and left a message, I called him back and left a complete description of the issue. Radio silence. I understand if they have to inquire to HQ for answers. The technician who inquired was out sick and no one else gets notified. Bad policy. It's another thing to ignore the customer. Bad customer service. This is not acceptable from a high-end luxury car dealership. They do have great customer service in place, such as a loaner car, pick up and drop off of your car for service and pre-COVID, free car wash. I hope to hear from them this week.
