Fantastic dealership with exceptional service! I stopped going to Infiniti of the Palm Beaches because they were so busy and they didn't have the time for me and their customer service was awful. That was the best decision that I could have ever made! Every time I call for any kind of service for my vehicle, they get me in immediately and they provide me with a loaner. If my car happens to be there longer than a day, they follow up with me daily with details of how my car is coming along. My car is also ready the day that they promised. I will never go anywhere else! More

My husband and I have owned eight Infiniti vehicles and currently own three. We have had a lot of experience with dealerships, and we are delighted to have the dealership in Stuart, Florida -- although they are a new dealership, the Infiniti Stuart Dealership is running like it has been in business forever. I disagreed at went back to Stuart Infiniti ... I felt like Kevin understood my problem ... he asked for a day or so to work on the car ... finally he felt it was the tires ... which were replaced ... so far 100 Miles into the new tires my car is finally much quieter .... thank you Kevin and Stuart Infiniti .... P.S. this is my 4 th Infiniti and my wife has had 2 ... we love the brand and are happy to date my issue seems resolved More

My First Service Event at Infiniti Stuart I recently traded my Lexus SUV for an Infiniti Q70 and brought it in for the first service consisting of oil change and tire rotation. Coming from th I recently traded my Lexus SUV for an Infiniti Q70 and brought it in for the first service consisting of oil change and tire rotation. Coming from the Lexus experience, where I must say the treatment at service is above and beyond the call, Infiniti Stuart was equally good. Arriving for my scheduled appointment I was met by Kevin, the service representative. He told me the service would be on schedule and it wood take no more that 1 hour. Had coffee and doughnuts at the waiting area and sat down to see the mechanic work on my car. I was impressed at the process and cleanliness of the shop. A nail was found on one of my tires so I was quickly contacted with the options. Luckily it was removed without consequence. The service was completed on time and the experience was rewarding. Look forward at a good relationship with Infiniti Stuart. More
