Took my vehicle in 2 times, once to look at the problem with my speaker in the back, and once to have the speaker replaced. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, after working all day while they replaced t with my speaker in the back, and once to have the speaker replaced. Is there no quality control at this dealership? Right now, not happy. Hopefully Monday they will offer me a loaner car, fix the problem so I don't have to sit there again. More

Poor. It took 2 1/2,hours just to get my oil changed! The personnel( greeter and manager) were very nice and professional but there is something wrong with It took 2 1/2,hours just to get my oil changed! What good is an appointment if you don’t even start work on the vehicle until 1 1/2 hours later? This was worse than going to a doctors appointment. And I’m sure you can relate to that!
