I recently came in for a regular service. The intake process was quick. I was given a loaner and was on my way all within 15 minutes. When my car was ready the loaner drop and payment for my service was process was quick. I was given a loaner and was on my way all within 15 minutes. When my car was ready the loaner drop and payment for my service was just as quick. My service person, Kevin Horner, was awesome as always. Very knowledgeable and doesn’t waste time. I always feel like a VIP at this Infiniti location. There is an Infiniti dealership 10 minutes from my home but I would prefer to take the drive to Stuart to have my vehicles serviced. . This dealership is a no pressure dealership, unlike some others. That is why my husband and I have purchased five vehicles from Infiniti of Stuart and have recommended friends, some of whom have purchased their vehicles from there as well. More

I'm always paying 2-3 times more than expected for service. I paid a very substantial amount for my air conditioning problem that has only been slightly improved. After already spending thousands of d service. I paid a very substantial amount for my air conditioning problem that has only been slightly improved. After already spending thousands of dollars I was told yesterday that I could come back and spend 6-7 hundred more to try and get it improved. If I get a flat tire, Im told that I need to buy two even though I was told that the flat tire would be pro-rated. I still get zero value for the tire. The service dept is a revolving door but no matter who it is... they are always trying to convince me to spend more money. While the direct person Im dealing with is typically friendly, the rest of the staff is always non-social. More
