They were ready They expected me for the service, and even though I arrived about half an hour early, they started on my car right away. The lounge has comfortable seating, and there is a table where you can work and write., as well as coffee, water, and snacks. Mary Kniffen was very knowledgeable and helpful. More

excessive wait time 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There wa s a recall but that needed a part so no work was done.
