When there was a question about whether to do a specific repair, they asked me. I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. The lounge has comfortable seating, and there is a table where you can work and write., as well as coffee, water, and snacks. Mary Kniffen was very knowledgeable and helpful. More

excessive wait time 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There wa s a recall but that needed a part so no work was done.
