Scheduled Service Call I had gone online to request service and was shown many choices for the day I chose and allowed to pick the advisor I wanted., When I came in Kevin g I had gone online to request service and was shown many choices for the day I chose and allowed to pick the advisor I wanted., When I came in Kevin greeted me and knew what was what my requests were. After service completed an inspection I was texted with possible issues and whether I wanted anything else done.. There was no pressure on what I should or should not choose. was not resolved When I took the car in for oil change. I told rep that I had a noise and he said that it would have to stay a cay or so to find it. I think there was some kind of misunderstanding. The women Mary was very nice but in the long run there could have been less time on my part is there had been noted in the com. that I needed a loner. I was very upset with the whole day. More
