Horrible service department. I took my vehicle here for an oil change in January. They completely forgot to put a washer on the oil pan plug. I drive a very expensive vehicle. I have oil stains on my new home driveway. As well as my garage epoxy floor. When I purchased this vehicle from infinti. I paid extra to have my vehicle service routinely by them. It has been a total nightmare. More
