Amanda. Explain to me why you survey? Is it for 5 stars or for a means to improve? I’ve never had a business want me to call them to discuss the review. I think that fact is another validation of an average rating.

Amanda. My experience wasn’t bad, it was normal. Your chairs might be a touch more comfortable but It’s the same experience that I would receive at the Ford or Chevy dealership. I do business with you because you’re the only Infiniti dealer in town and you haven’t given me any reason to drive to another Infiniti dealer. That’s a soft complement to you. Your service isn’t five star but that doesn’t mean it was below expectations. My bet is most people either give you a 5 or don’t fill out the survey. Both probably because they are indifferent about your service and us customers don’t really have very high expectations when walking into a dealership. You are welcome to contact me if you’d like, you’ve got my info. (I receive test, emails and phone calls from you often about seeking my car back to you). Maybe your dealership is different, but my experience is it’s more about the five star rating to keep your status with the manufacturer. No worries, unless you blackball me for being honest I’ll be back for service the next time my car needs it. Hope you have a great weekend.
