I got a car wash that left scratches on the hood of my car. I'm not sure if the wax that was used or sponges had sand on it. I needed to have an oil change for my Infinity I-35, Lisa Gardini in the Service Department took my phone call, and scheduled my appointment within an hour of my call. Lisa asked if I wanted an inspection and a car wash. In the inspection there were two items that will need to be addressed at a future date. I appreciated Lisa’s professionalism and her courtesy towards me. I will return for future service of my car. More

Justin did a great job to get my 4 tires in time for the advantage sale of 4 tires for the cost of 3 plus $1 for the 4th. I brought my car in on Tuesday and both Justin and I found out there were on 2 tire advantage sale of 4 tires for the cost of 3 plus $1 for the 4th. I brought my car in on Tuesday and both Justin and I found out there were on 2 tires left & i needed 4 new tires. He immediately got on the phone and ordered my tires for the next afternoon.
