Bought used car and had rattling in dashboard. Brought car back about 5 times because was promised it would be fixed. Service manager was extremely rude and told me they would not fix it. Final attempt to fix resulted in acknowledging chrome piece around speedometer was loose and used felt tape. After 24 hours rattling was back. Had to drive car home to Rhode island and lister to it with frustration and disappointment. Will have my mechanic tend to it in ri. Suggestion:. Keep your service manager away from customers and have him stay in the background. More

By servicing at the dealer, I’m already paying full retail for parts and labor. Sorry but 3.5% surcharge on cc is too high. More
