She is able to address specific concerns and is available to answer any questions you may have during the period of time necessary to service your vehicle. I was able to get a loaner which made it possible for me to get to work and back. As to the service crew that worked on the vehicle - I have no complaints at all. They know exactly what they are doing and when I drove my vehicle out is felt brand new - that is something to appreciate.
