INFINITI Stuart - Service Center

Very disappointed in service experience. Did not expect this from Infiniti dealer. Just an oil change and tire rotation but service person (Kevin) did not meet or talk to me when I arrived and only briefl this from Infiniti dealer. I am out of town and this is not my usual dealership but I was very surprised and disappointed in my experience. If this were a typical experience I would seriously reconsider being a future customer. More

At first when they told me the numbers, I thought yeah I’m not getting a car, but they worked with me. I came here to infinity Stuart because my co-worker told me she as been getting her car there since 2013, I can see why she is a devoted customer, and I will continue to do my service here, despite the distance I would have to take.
