I came in for routine oil change and to fix backup camera. They found a nail in a tire. Said I needed all new tires because “down here” the tires go bad faster than up North. I don’t live up North. camera. They found a nail in a tire. Said I needed all new tires because “down here” the tires go bad faster than up North. I don’t live up North. My car has 25k miles with this being the 3rd set of tires. Anyway $2,000+ later my camera is still broken and I have a warning light “Flat Tire. Return to Dealer”. When i called back to ask for a loaner car, which the salesman said we could have anytime, I was told I didn’t qualify. Also when we bought the car, at this dealership, we purchased lifetime free oil change which they no longer honor. The only reason why you got 2 stars instead of zero was the young man from Alabama who checked me in. He was very helpful. More
