Very disappointed in service experience. Did not expect this from Infiniti dealer. Just an oil change and tire rotation but service person (Kevin) did not meet or talk to me when I arrived and only briefl this from Infiniti dealer. At first when they told me the numbers, I thought yeah I’m not getting a car, but they worked with me.
