I would be happy to speak with you though I get a little nervous. I will use Infiniti of Stuart again and human nature being what it is it might be hard for service folks to take the feedback without prejudice. I also believe in saying great things when great things happen. I have had that kind of experience in Stuart so maybe there was some "other" kind of issue (e.g., short staffed). I don't know.
