The worst service experience ever. Service advisor never called to advise me if vehicle had been looked at - when I called him he said tech was looking at it now. After an hour I tried to call him to no av called to advise me if vehicle had been looked at - when I called him he said tech was looking at it now. After an hour I tried to call him to no avail. Another half hour later I return to dealership someone else helps me and tells me my car wasn't looked at. Told him I was told it was and then he says it was and will get me an estimate. Estimate was almost double what Service Advisor told me. I get the feeling no one at this dealership knows what they're doing. And was not happy about being lied too. I REFUSED TO HAVE WORK DONE More
The staff were all very nice and pleasant. However, I made an appointment with Whitney, and no one was aware that Whitney was not coming to work that day. I was offered and requested a “loaner” when I m made an appointment with Whitney, and no one was aware that Whitney was not coming to work that day. When I realized I’d miss my medical appointment I went looking for help. I think there’s a communication problem among your staff. I can’t believe there could be another reason they’d purposely waste a client’s time. More

Everybody was great in dealing with my wife Bobbi who brought the vehicle in. They explained why the check engine light came on and what needed to be done.
