I am so pleased with the Service at Infiniti Stuart! I had to change my appointment a couple of times, and they were so accommodating. Kevin my advisor did not say what part they were ordering and why it took 2 weeks to get. After 3 weeks and no call back I called service and part was there. Waited another week because no service appointmen and why it took 2 weeks to get. After 3 weeks and no call back I called service and part was there. Waited another week because no service appointment was set when part arrived.Also the service manager across from parts dept. Was arguing with a female customer loudly with a child next to her. Didnt matter what it was about !! He was arrogant and disrespectful bottom line. This dealership should demand better. Treat customers with respect especially when spending our hard earned money. Look forward to hearing that management disciplined him for that incident. I will speak with friends and family ! I may need to reconsider buying the Q55 from here. More
