Although the staff are nice I was not informed beforehand the length of time it would take to have the service done. The is no consistent follow up, appointments are scheduled, re-scheduled without speaking with the client. I have a pending matter that remains unaddressed since 09/30. Best service experience I’ve ever had. My Infiniti Stuart Service Advisor, Whitney Lovett, was so helpful. I arrived 30 minutes late to my appointment due to an accident on US1. Upon arrival I expected to wait for service because I had missed my appointment timeframe. I arrived and was greeted at my car by Whitney. She reassured me that there would be no delay. The car was serviced, cleaned and pulled to the front of the dealership in no time. The next day I was contacted by the Service Manager Jim Johnston as a follow up to the service. Jim wanted to know how my service experience went and sent an e-mail offering me the opportunity to schedule my next service on-line. Truly exceptional service, thank you all. More
