I just returned from a drive to NC and back to FL..I needed my oil changed and filter..stopped by without an appointment and Kevin as usual , made me feel welcome even without an appointment booked. Although the staff are nice I was not informed beforehand the length of time it would take to have the service done. Another observation made was, approximately 80% of the staff walked around with no masks w the length of time it would take to have the service done. With COVID increasing in Florida I felt I was being exposed during my time waiting. More

Best service experience I’ve ever had. My Infiniti Stuart Service Advisor, Whitney Lovett, was so helpful. I arrived 30 minutes late to my appointment due to an accident on US1. Upon arrival I expected to wait for service because I had missed my appointment timeframe. I arrived and was greeted at my car by Whitney. She reassured me that there would be no delay. The car was serviced, cleaned and pulled to the front of the dealership in no time. The next day I was contacted by the Service Manager Jim Johnston as a follow up to the service. Jim wanted to know how my service experience went and sent an e-mail offering me the opportunity to schedule my next service on-line. Truly exceptional service, thank you all. More
The is no consistent follow up, appointments are scheduled, re-scheduled without speaking with the client. I have a pending matter that remains unaddressed since 09/30.
