Because of the distance my husband I drive just to come to Kirkland Infinity knowing we will always be treated special, is worth the trip. This is my third FX from Infiniti of Kirkland. I went and test drove a Porsche but I didn't feel like a valued customer. These cars are expensive and I want to feel special. On top of that it feels like family! The fact that the same people are still working for Infifinti of Kirkland after all these years says something about the work environment. People don't stay where they are not valued. This shows in their attitudes towards the customers. Keep up the excellent work. Big hugs to Linda and Kerry! Linda is knowledgable, listens carefully and coordinates seamlessly with service staff. Initially it was only by chance that we brought our 2007 Infinity to the Kirkland dealership for service as it is located over an hour away from our home and past 2 other Infinity dealerships. We have never experienced a dealership employee that could inspire this level of loyalty --Way to go ,Kirkland Infinity! More
I have been driving an Infiniti since 1993 and currently have a 2005 G35X. Linda Ross and the Service Department have been excellent every visit over the years. From regular services to showing up unannounced with a problem, they have provided me with a loan car and taken care of fixing the problem and getting me back on the road when they said they would and at the price they quoted. Linda Ross is the reason we have kept our Infinity G20 for so long. We have never been to a service department that came close to the honest and friendly help we have gotten here. She has happily given us advice and information on our non-Infinity cars. When I had a sudden problem and made it to the dealership she had me in a free loaner in 10 minutes. Any other service department from any carmaker needs to visit here to see what service really is. More

I went in on a Sunday evening to check out the 2010 G37 sedan. They did not have what I was looking for and almost forced me get one with more options (like Nav etc). I agreed to it and started negotiating with the price. They came down to a good price but with a condition that I give them a good rating when Infiniti asks me to fill a survey. Fair enough... The salesman pretty much forced me to sign the deal even though I was apprehensive. I did end up signing it - completely my fault for slipping. I little later I realized that this is not what I wanted and wanted to cancel it.. I called them early Monday morning to ask for cancellation of the lease contract since it wasnt processed as yet (had this info confirmed from Infiniti financial services as well). They refused and said that I HAD to buy this car or take something else from them otherwise they wont cancel the contract. I agreed to consider a pre-owned car. They took advantage of the situation and quoted me prices 10-15% higher than KBB retail value. For example: a 2008 Honda civic for 21000 when you can get a new one for 2011. These guys dont care about the customer experience. Its more about selling that particular car and the moment you sign the deal, they dont care much... I would NEVER go back to these guys.. Maybe not even Infiniti... On the other hand, I called up the BMW dealership and asked them if they could help figure this out and they actually spent 30 mins explaining me the legalities etc even though I had dont no business with them and showed no intention of doing any unless this got sorted out. More
Don't ever deal with this dealership. I went to lease G37 (based on $319/month TV and internet ads). I experienced sleazy sales tactics, Steve (Sales Manager) could not explain different fees and numbers in (based on $319/month TV and internet ads). I experienced sleazy sales tactics, Steve (Sales Manager) could not explain different fees and numbers in the lease, I had to point out miscalculations few times (i.e. there is no delivery charge for VPP plan, etc). First, they said the region does not buy cars advertised in lease special, then the salesperson did not know about Nissan VPP plan. Fortunately, I had VPP plan materials on my laptop. The dealership, basically, gave me a price (380/month on the lease). When I started to ask about details of the fees and write them down, Steve literally screamed at me and my wife, rudely requested "to leave the premises", and threatened to call the police(!!!). I asked for his full name and a name of General Manager - he refused to provide the names to me. I will definitely complain to the corporate office, but I have to warn everyone to never deal with this dealership. Based on the previous reviews, I wish I saw this site sooner and saved myself a trip and humiliation. More

They want customers to go and buy from Toyota or ford but for some reason i dont know why they want customers not to buy Infiniti. Better not to go to this dealership, i could't try infiniti of Tacoma , but the owner is same so i dont wana try.. Thanks God Toyota dealership is not like Infiniti of Kirkland.... More
Customer Service Assistant Mgr is excellent. Eric the Dealeship Mgr is loyal to his bad boss, the owner and can do nothing by himself.. I was cheated into buying the second EX35 while the first one was not approved as a Lemon Car. The person who induced me with false info, Miki was fired but the deaslership does not want to take the responsability and give me compensation for the damage of over $20,000. The Nissan Comp should stay with Nissan carsd as they do not know how too behave with customers of luxury cars. More
