Arturo has consistently been professional, patient and flexible with us throughout our ownership of our FX35. He clearly enjoys his role as liaison between customers and the service team. Overall the experience was quite smooth. They were low-pressure and easy-going. And working with Darren was very pleasant; he was more interested in learning from me than the other way aro They were low-pressure and easy-going. I would've been even happier if the final price didn't have all sorts of unnecessary extras tacked on that artificially bump up the price, but I suppose that's standard fare for many dealerships.
