This is my first Infiniti (I have an FX35) and I absolutely love my car!! The employees are so friendly, but the best one is Linda Ross. She always meets me outside when I get out of my car, alway absolutely love my car!! The employees are so friendly, but the best one is Linda Ross. She always meets me outside when I get out of my car, always has a smile, and she even gives me a hug. This is my third FX from Infiniti of Kirkland. I went and test drove a Porsche but I didn't feel like a valued customer. These cars are expensive and I want to feel special. On top of that it feels like family! The fact that the same people are still working for Infifinti of Kirkland after all these years says something about the work environment. Technical service work here is unmatched in our experience .The staff overall is textbook perfect but the reason we will continue to rely on this Infinity dealership is the customer service especia experience .The staff overall is textbook perfect but the reason we will continue to rely on this Infinity dealership is the customer service especially provided by Linda Ross, Assistant Service Manager. Linda is knowledgable, listens carefully and coordinates seamlessly with service staff. Initially it was only by chance that we brought our 2007 Infinity to the Kirkland dealership for service as it is located over an hour away from our home and past 2 other Infinity dealerships. We have never experienced a dealership employee that could inspire this level of loyalty --Way to go ,Kirkland Infinity! More
I have been driving an Infiniti since 1993 and currently have a 2005 G35X. Linda Ross and the Service Department have been excellent every visit over the years. From regular services to showing up unannounced with a problem, they have provided me with a loan car and taken care of fixing the problem and getting me back on the road when they said they would and at the price they quoted. Linda Ross is the reason we have kept our Infinity G20 for so long. We have never been to a service department that came close to the honest and friendly help we have gotten here. She has happily given us advice and information on our non-Infinity cars. When I had a sudden problem and made it to the dealership she had me in a free loaner in 10 minutes. Any other service department from any carmaker needs to visit here to see what service really is. More

I also liked the idea of bringing in a coupon this time, so that even though the service cost more than taking the car to our other mechanic, it helped that the 10% off was available. Great idea! Bought 03 G35 back in 03. Issues with brakes and dealership tired to pass it off as high performance vehicle- Lier's! Got a recall notice from infinity saying they would replace brakes for 3yr/36 mi dealership tired to pass it off as high performance vehicle- Lier's! Got a recall notice from infinity saying they would replace brakes for 3yr/36 miles. Then radio/AC issues started. Was told they had no ides what the issue was but they could replace the parts for about $1,500. Did some research and found that the radio/heater circuit board was defective and a recall was in place. Went back to dealership and they told me my car was out of the recall window Aug of 2002 because it was manufactured in 10/02...two months. This dealership has a bunch of lier's and unprofessional Sales people. Especially the female with the east coast attitude. Stay away from Infinity of Kirkland their lier's and deceptive! More
