My wife and I have purchased several new cars over the years with only one other being a positive experience. Over the past month we have visited many dealers looking for a new car. Infinity really wasn't on our list for no other reason than not knowing much about Infinity. On Wednesday my wife and I stopped in and was greeted by Heather. She was very easy to talk with get answers about their lineup. We test drove a few and found the one we liked. The entire shopping purchasing and even the the gentleman in finance who did the paperwork were great to deal with. This was one if not the best new car buying experience we have ever had. Heather had our new purchase in the showroom detailed and fueled up with a giant red bow waiting for us. Thanks Heather we are very pleased. We will refer you as often as we can. More

Worst experience ever. I personally own nine vehicles and another 125 corporate vehicles. I have never had a worse experience. Purchased a Infiniti QX80 with 33,400 miles. Either Boerne Infiniti knew this and did not disclose it or they missed the problem. Either way they refused to even meet me halfway. Horrible integrity. More
