After the 'maint req' light came on within a couple of weeks, I wondered if they had told me the truth. Rodney was a good salesperson, but did not go the extra mile - just did as little as possible. I wondered if this is because I purchased a used car. I asked for little things & his response, "we don't do that" or "we are not required to do that". I mentioned that the mats were all ripped up & a tear on the ceiling - he suggested I get ins. No extra anything. I didn't expect much but I did buy a car- hello? I guess excellent customer service isn't what it used to be! More

Good experience , I wish the sales person .. I had a very good experience with this dealership. I wish the sales person Ron did describe the car better, my disappointment comes due the fact that I had a very good experience with this dealership. I wish the sales person Ron did describe the car better, my disappointment comes due the fact that there was no 360 back up camera for this model and I was not aware of that. Otherwise the financing team worked with me on the price, stayed late after their closing hours to help me purchase the vehicle. I would give these guys 5 star, if it wasn't for the camera issue. More
