Upon bringing in my vehicle I was greeted by a service representative that went over with me every inch of my vehicle. Very good customer service. More

I was so happ I am a long-time Infiniti customer over 10 years and I have always had a pleasurable customer service experience when Brandon is there! I was so happy to see Brandon returned back to Infiniti when I came in for service this past week. He is super helpful and kind to not just me but all of his customers for I have seen and heard first hand. I had my concerns about my vehicle answered as well as my normal routine oil service and he took me through several options as I inquired about tires for my truck. Thanks Brandon and thanks Infiniti for having Brandon out front in the service department! I am vey appreiciative of him and his customer service! More

A warranty comes with the car but she purchased some extras such as an extended warranty. Mind you she knows nothing about cars. I looked over her paperwork and did some research. On reddit the extended warranty she purchased for $3000 only costs the dealership $1000. They took advantage and made a 200% profit on this lady. She also purchased a road hazard for tires and wheel damage. The reddit cost is $495 but she was charged $1295.00. Well over a 100 percent profit. Also they put protection on the vehicle called Permaplate for $795 but that only costs the dealership $395.00. They told her it was already on the car. Also another add on was something called phantom for $149.00 which did not have a dealer cost to it. Be wary when getting your prices on aftermarket products as they are marked up tremendously. They are also holding points on the rate which means they make a lot more on the interest you pay. I would find your own financing through a credit union (founders or sharonview federal credit union) Please check out the reddit post for even more information. There is also a $695 addendum on the car for a bunch of items not asked for and they are making $200 markup on that too. This in addition to the $695 documentation fee should make anyone’s blood boil. A fair profit is reasonable but even the cost for total loss insurance is much much higher than its cost. Infiniti of Charlotte should do the right thing and be transparent with its customers instead of taking them for a ride in more ways than one. Do your research fellow customers. More

Horrible Experience My 2017 QX60 went in for repairs when I first bought it due to engine failure. Apparently when they put the battery back in, they tightened it so hard that it cracked. So this week my mechanic shows me the mess of acid all around my battery. Made an appt. with IOC and they said they would look at it and sure enough they confirmed they crushed it. They changed the battery but left all of the Acid (that they said they would spray out) on the contacts and all around the battery. How did I find this out? When I got home and parked, the car would not start due to a dead battery. They used to have a good service department but over the last couple of years it has really tanked. I won't be buying another car at this dealership. (This was my third but they don't care) More
Response to the response they gave Wow where do I start . Well initially I had a recall on my m35 . Infiniti customer service had my car towed in to infiniti of Charlotte. Needless to s Wow where do I start . Well initially I had a recall on my m35 . Infiniti customer service had my car towed in to infiniti of Charlotte. Needless to say I was thinking I was gonna get great service . Well that did not happen as I expected. So while waiting my fuse blew. And I knew that cause I heard it pop when i was the fuse. So they would not work on my car for a free recall until the fuse was put on. They then tried to charge me for a diagnostic plus whatever is wrong in which was around 400 dollars. I declined and said I knew what was wrong and the part only costs 24 dollars at their own dealership. So I went there bought the part asked them to put it on. They declined to do so. And so I put it on myself in 4 to 5 min. Then they finally decided to do my recall. But why should I have to out a part on when they can do it. Mercedes or BMW would have done so. It doesnt look good when you have a customer putting his own part on. So I left a negative rating after I left and someone emailed me back with no name to respond to first just a number. So I called them back. . I was then trying to get someone.. was on hold for 5 or 10 min while the phone rang. Finally the receptionist picked up and I explained to her about the email . She cut me off and sent me to someone's desk. Of course they didnt pick up. Called again. No one picked up for another 5 min. Lol. I'm like this is crazy. Finally someone picked up and through numerous attempts finally reached someone and they basically said nothing. But next time you have to bring your car in we will make sure everything is perfect. Um.. no. I will never bring either of my Infiniti's in. Ever. Service on all sides is horrible. .. from the phones to the service department. To the sales. I will drive an extra 30 min to lake norman infiniti for my service from here on out. The extra 30 min is better than receiving horrible service. You have got to do better infiniti of Charlotte More
