The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because they were supposed to clean the inside of the car a little better. Amazing Service! I purchased an SUV for my wife from them in May 2017 and this is without question the best dealership experience I have ever had. The exact color and I purchased an SUV for my wife from them in May 2017 and this is without question the best dealership experience I have ever had. The exact color and trim she wanted was not on their lot, so they worked to secure the SUV from another dealership. Once they found the exact SUV she wanted they sent a driver to pick it up within 24 hours of locating it in order to have the vehicle to me before Mothers Day. Once I arrived to sign the paperwork a sales associate (Carlos) heard that I was surprising my wife with the new vehicle and he offered to deliver the car to my house on the morning of Mothers Day! And keep in mind, this dealership is closed on Sundays! Once he delivered the car on Sunday morning as promised he stayed for about an hour showing my wife the various features and functions. I have no doubt this type of service is their standard. I could tell early on in the process this was a very different type of dealership. I recommend them to anyone interested in an Infiniti. More
