After contacting this dealer via their website and sending over all my information I did not receive a response other than the sales person saying they could not find my info. almost 2 weeks later, ye sending over all my information I did not receive a response other than the sales person saying they could not find my info. almost 2 weeks later, yes "WEEKS" I received a text asking where I was in the buying process. I replied to let them know I had already purchased a vehicle and they should do better following up with their customers because 2 weeks is just to long. shortly after sending the the text I start getting alerts my credit is being pulled by this dealership. I send a text asking why they pulled my credit since I was no longer in the market for a vehicle. and got no response again! this dealership is very unprofessional and now I question there ethics. I would not recommend doing business here and hope this review can help someone from making the mistake I made by giving this dealer the opportunity to help. STAY AWAY FROM INFINITI CHARLOTTE!
