The Service department staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They clearly explain the services needed, why they are recommended and clearly show the breakdown of the costs without courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and fully stocked with water, snacks and even fresh flowers. A really cool experience is the video review by the actual tech to show my car’s fluids, undercarriage and filters. They also give your car a quick wash. Great service! More

The service representative, Fernando, coordinated the pickup and drop off of my car to the service center for it's 60,000 service. For the kind of money it cost, I was extremely disappointed with finishi pickup and drop off of my car to the service center for it's 60,000 service. For the kind of money it cost, I was extremely disappointed with finishing work that makes the difference between caring for your customers and not. A piece of black trim was sticking out from under the hood. On a white car, it was hard to miss! I asked the gentleman who brought the car back to pop the hood and fine out what it was. The trim wasn't clipped to the body at all and was coming up from the engine compartment. He attached them back and fit it together. Great job on his part! Along with that, I'm sure the service department has someone who could wash off the grease marks from the body and the rims. I expect better from a place I've bought two cars from. Very disappointed. More
