This is the best experience I had with leasing/purchasing a new car. Ralph prepared all my paperwork ahead of time so all I needed to do was get instructions on the new dashboard and sign the finance paperw a new car. I loved the no-pressure sales and his easy-going personality. When I got to the Finance department, it continued to be an easy process with Anthony. Again, he was easy-going and explained all the add-ons but did not pressure me into purchasing anything in particular. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend anyone to work with Ralph in Sales and Anthony in finance. More

I don’t typically post bad reviews. But I think this is worthy of people knowing. Do not lease an Infiniti. They actually have modified their end of lease so that you can not sell your car to third pa worthy of people knowing. Do not lease an Infiniti. They actually have modified their end of lease so that you can not sell your car to third parties. What does this mean? It means if you choose to lease a different vehicle other than Infiniti you must sell car back to Infiniti. Then when they provide a quote they offer less than value since you have no choice but to sell to them. #Infiniti never again More
