Just Like Family I came into Infinity of Cocount Creek to see Nash - the best service advisor I have met in 30 years. I came to make an appointment for an oil change a I came into Infinity of Cocount Creek to see Nash - the best service advisor I have met in 30 years. I came to make an appointment for an oil change and filter. Nash said "How about Now" He checked my cars history and said he could get me in and out in about an hour (Which I was)! As usual the service was great, Nash was friendly and informative and as this is the first time I waited for my car as opposed to getting a loaner, I was able to watch the car being serviced. I was impressed. The service area was clean, and Anthony who worked on my car was friendly, spoke about what he was doing, did not rush the service and checked just about everything imaginable. I could never see taking my Infinity anywhere else. In fact the Infinity is my wife's car and I drive an older Nissan Murano. I am going to start servicing my Murano at Infinity of Coconut Creek as well. Why go anywhere else! More
Great Service This is my third Infiniti and one of the main reasons I continued to stay with Infiniti was their service. This time it was unusual I am writing this review because of the very personal attention the service representative - Steve Sellick - always provide. This time it was unusual annoying noise while I have been driving new Q70. Steve Sellick instead of the placing the car at the stand always want to understand the issue by himself. This time he was making the road test by himself before placing the car at the shop. Just a few hours after I have been already driven my car with the great pleasure. The problems were fixed. More
