Scam artists-airbag scam & mass airflow sensor scam by thousands of dollars. 2015 air bag was recalled, had it replaced 5/15. Then in 7/2019 took my car in & mass air flow sensor was bad & my replaced air thousands of dollars. 2015 air bag was recalled, had it replaced 5/15. Then in 7/2019 took my car in & mass air flow sensor was bad & my replaced air bag was bad so they quoted me $523.53 for mass air flow sensor replacement (which was literally less than 10 minutes to unscrew 4 bolts, take off cover, pull out sensor & push in new sensor (just like replacing a fuse, exactly that simple & fast) & put on cover & rebolt it. I watched my boyfriend do it & timed it, less than 10 minutes total. Was quoted $3694.57 to replace the air bag that had been replaced per the recall in 2015. I refused both & after waiting for 5 hours they finally brought my car out at end of closing business day & my car didnt want to start. It took several times of it dying & literally shaking & bouncing to get it to stay running & they had already all left & turned lights out inside. So I had no choice but to leave, my car sputtered & jerked all the way home & would not go above 20 miles per hour so I had to take the back roads back to Murfreesboro aka home. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER INFINITI EVER AGAIN COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS & UNPROFESSIONALISM ALL TOGETHER! Why did it take 5 hours to get my car when I didnt have anything done to it but a scan to check the systems of which I paid $99 fir that takes all of plugging in a device under my steering wheel & waiting a few minutes for a read out?? Why, cause they were rigging my vehicle, thats why! Do not go to this location if you are a woman, have a man take it in for you or they will rip you off severely!! In 8/2020 received another letter for a 2nd recall on the replacement air bag to be replaced yet again. So, it's a good thing I refused to replace the air bag or I would have been out $3694.57! The Cool Springs, TN location is a complete rip off with scam artists for sale personnel Joseph Battle was the one that typed up my quotes. I had my car sent all the way to Smith Infiniti of Huntsville due to this u professionalism of the staff at the Cool Springs, TN location. Needless to say my car blew up, hmm wonder why?!!! I just came across all my receipts in my file cabinet & wanted to let other consumers know the truth of the scam Infiniti of Cool Springs runs in their customers! Complete discrimination against females! If your a woman please heed this warning!! They will try to drain u of as much money as u are willing to be gullible anough to let them. The staff before this one always did me right, but that staff in 2019 absolute 100 percent discriminative crooks! More

I want to tell you that this is the fifth infinity vehicle I've purchased. What can I say? I love these cars. I prefer SUVs, so I should say I love these SUVs; in all the years I have driven Infiniti, I have never once encountered any issue with the vehicle itself. I have been blessed to have outstanding associates, sales, managers, and maintenance associates help me in my journeys with all of my prior cars. That is why I decided to go and get an Infiniti again; the closest one to me is the Infiniti of Cool Springs in Franklin, Tennessee. I already have a relationship with this dealership because I took my previous vehicle to get serviced there. We recently moved to Nashville, Tennessee, and Infiniti of Cool Springs is the closest dealership to where I live. My QX 50 has been serviced for the past year and a half at the service department. Forest has taken great care of me, and now, with this. QX 60 Forrest will take good care of it! Last week, I had the opportunity to work with a client advisor named Brenda Shelly. She is magnificent and took such great care of me first, ensuring that she met all my needs when selecting the best QX 60 for me. Once we decided on the car on the lot, we drove it. She went over all of the great features that this new vehicle had to offer; the process after that, which to some people is very painstaking, was as smooth as water running over a river rock. Brenda was so professional and knowledgeable, not pushy at all!
