My sales person was amazing. I was referred by a Nissan employee and got a great car However, despite of my excellent credit I still hated how they subliminally haggled me on the price. They gave me a have me a high rate not even running my credit. This week the rate is 2.9%. I had to go to the dealership twice, 40 minutes away which was inconvenient. I told them about an issue with a tire at purchase only to have a flat tire 7 days later. They tried to make it right but I still feel I made a bad decision purchasing from this dealership. Totally bummed. More

Well, they are well trained in making money for the dealership. Find a reputable service in Williamson County TN and spread the word! I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone. Bought a 2021 Toyota pickup truck six weeks ago and the battery died twice already. Tried to contact the salesperson who sold me the truck, but no reply. Long story short, I paid the local Toyota dealer $862 to diagnose and fix the problem, which turned out to be an aftermarket alarm system that was draining the battery. Won’t ever be going back to Infiniti of Cool Springs. More
