Great customer service when purchasing anything of course. When purchasing my QX60 I was telling the sales guy that it needed tires. They refused to change them. Fast forward 4months after I took it f course. When purchasing my QX60 I was telling the sales guy that it needed tires. They refused to change them. Fast forward 4months after I took it for service they going to tell me I needed tires, quoting me prices. I said I been telling them and they refused to give me new tires. Then I saw the sales rep. I reminded him about the tires he acted like he didnt know about it and said "it new owners now so nothing they can do." I will never refer anyone to this place or go back there. I hated the way they dealt with situation even the service department, wasnt pleasant. They are all rip offs and sell cars they claim its certified. Now another problem with the car, lets hear the xxxxxxxx they are going to tell me. More
